All of Santiago will be at the beach.

Semana Santa is all about Water and sun, so natives usually do one of two things: the beach(like willie mentioned), or the rivers.
Santiago folks love the beach, so the more affluent tend to head to Cabarete, while the less affluent hit the beaches in Sosua and Puerto Plata.

cabarette it will be was there last year and had a killer time at the concerts anyone else planning on being out there
