All jokes aside and like everyone else said you will not have any issues at all with being Asian. Only issues you will have will be based on how you carry yourself and whether you make smart or rather dumb decisions.
If you got some game you might even be able to work that to your advantage since these chicas might not be used to seeing that on a regular although I have seen Asians in Sosua on occasion having a blast.

Your first question was a good one and one you probably couldn't get answered reading threads but....
I suggest you start reading. For example do a search for Passions and you will see how many threads with discussions that already answer these questions.

In Sosua Spanish is not necessary, but it can be helpful. When you have pesos and they have pussy, you will be surprised on how well you guys can communicate. Your nationality should not make a difference. I always see people of every nationality when I vacation there.

I was Sosua 2 weeks ago with my dulcita and notice one night a couple of asian dudes with another white guy at Gran Valero (Latinos) one night sitting at the bar . . . We must have sat there for about an hour drinking some frio's before we headed into the nightclub, and there must have been at least 5 or 6 chicas who came up to them to talk. Well each time within seconds, the girls were turned away by the guys. . . So if your concerned about getting punani because you're Asian, there shouldn't be a problem. . . I'm Latino, and look it, and I've no problem down in Sosua. . . . Heck after this last trip, I ended up with fine mulata that I now call my novia. .. she hung with me all week, and we had a great time. . . So go for it!!!

being asian and mongering is sosua u have nothing to worry about. keep in mind that many asians live and work in dr. so u won't really be sticking out as much as you think you are. just keep the conversing with the moto people to a minimum and show confidence when walking threw and chillin on the strip at night...
