    Hello fellow mongers

Decided it was time to join here. Not really a newbie with 11 trips to DR in past year. Visits to Sosua, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, and Juan Dolio in last 6 months. Got a 20 yr old GF in Santo Domingo that frequents the AI's with me most trips. Just bought tickets for Sosua on May 1st. Coming down with a wing and were not inviting the GF's this trip. We usually stay on the monger side at Sosua Bay but may try the New Garden. When we were down in Puert Plata two weeks ago a friend told me his housekeeper at Sosua Bay hadn't been paid in two months. Sounds like theyare on shakey ground. I hope to get the chance to meet a few of you one of these days. Happy Mongering from Old School

    Hey everyone

Hey guys, a newbie here heading to playa dorado from the 23-30th of march. Done a fair bit of reading and realize by Benny at an AI I have made things more complicated then necessary. So a questions, hopefully you can help me out.

    1. If the hotel has a guest fee how much difficulty am I looking at?
    2. Where are the best current spots in Sousa or puerto plata?
    3. Anyone gonna be there round the same time as me? as I am solo and hunting in packs has it's Advantages.

Not a vast choice of chicas but if you are only down for a week and just popping out occasionally for a quicky, how many do you need? 15 minutes safe walk through the Playa Dorada grounds or a $2 moto ride from Costa Dorada.

    Re: Hello from Ukraine

    Hi Ivan

You will find lots of Russian speakers in the Sosua/Cabarete area, even Russian-speaking bars, restaurants and shops. I don't know how many Ukrainians there are, but I am sure you will find some.

Well... you got plenty of time to read. Read as many reports as you can, and by summer if you got questions, I'm sure many here can help.

Hi, my Name is Roland, I am new to this Forum. I have been to Thailand, the Phillipines, Kambodja, Kenia, Dominican Republic and maybe 40 other countries. I am 33, sometimes I go with friends, sometimes alone. This forum looks very nice!
planning to go on a trip in May 13 to 20, and can't decide between Brazil, Thailand, Kenia and Dominican republic. I hope this Website will help me to make the right decision.
    Hope to write more soon
    Roland

Can you send some green beans. I roast my own coffee!

    Welcome!
A while back I predicted that, as the noose tightens around TFG's neck, both he and the Maga Morons here would post ever more idiotic crap. Right again.

“It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent a peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election from one administration to the next," McConnell told reporters. "That’s what it was."
