To receive the $19 deal you have to book double occupancy...... $19 x 2 = $38. I don't know anything about the $80 to bring in a local. But you can book two people, regardless of where you are from, for $97 a night.

yes. Last fall they had a $10 per person per night sale and I booked 9 nights total. Three each in Oct, Nov and Dec. That was a great deal with no restrictions. But they learned their lesson because half the people that booked that deal were Dominicans and they certainly weren't buying any Timeshares. That is why it is now limited to people with North American and European passports and not available to the "local market".
