08/2011 - Should i stay away from sosua?

here is my problem i have a few videos that got blown up and became very public of chicas in sosua snitches will snitch and the girls have seen these videos they became viral and spread threw the net i have not been back to sosua in about a year but wondering if i should just stay away since i have seen some of these girls on professional sites but last time i was there i got a lot of grief from chicas asking me to take down videos which i had not even posted i am wondering if i should just stay out of there entirely what are the possible ramifications here

Dudes got their own company, blowing the shit all over the internet, and trying to blame the snitches. Can't stand the snitches, but this is something totally different. Making money off the bitches, with No releases signed etc., probably didn't give any of those freaks more than 2,000 pesos if that much. Then guys want to know why this thing of ours has changed, why chicas don't allow fotos and videos as much as they used to, and it gets more difficult to do our thing, case in point, exhibit A right here.

Yeah I would say you could have some issues, and if you are saying as it seems you are; that they were put on sites without your knowledge or consent, then whoever did that, could have some serious issues from you as well.

I don't want to be seen anywhere near where you and your crew are, don't want someone to think I associate with you, don't need the type of collateral damage that may be left in your wake.

These dudes have these teasers on the internet, then directing people based on the teasers from the DR to their site, for profit sake. The site based on what I can see is streethoodworld.com.

This is some dirty shit that these guys are doing, unless they are informing these chicas that they are running a business for profit. If they are informing them and doing their due dilleigence as to what they are supposed to do as far as consent etc., I got no problem with it, but if they are not doing that.........well that is different isn't it.

I could care less what these dudes do, when they visit the DR, and are hanging in Casa Linda, many here have done plenty of similiar things, not a big deal, only problem I have with this guy is him doing it for profit, without getting the chicas permission.

When their brothers, or chulos etc., take exception to the putas being taken advantage of in that fashion, I don't want to be anywhere near, when the shooting starts. Some of the chicas probably wouldn't mind as long as they got their piece, but if they aren't I can see a lot of people being upset. I am surprised that all he has gotten up to this point is just simple requests to remove the videos, which of course is too late already.

If this is the video AlexDr made, I would have to disagree with you on some points. It is clear in the video that the girl knew she was being recorded. From there, it is up to her to get proper compensation for her work. Now if the chica did not know she was being recorded and it ended up all over the internet, this would be a different story.

Now for AlexDr, if a chicas family got a hold of this video, who knows what she might have told her brother, father, or chulo. And it was my understanding that making a porno is illegal in DR, regardless of a signed consent. (Can some of our DR legal experts chime in on this.)

From there, it is up to her to get proper compensation for her work. Now if the chica did not know she was being recorded and it ended up all over the internet, this would be a different story.

You could be right, I might be a little hasty in my condemnation, I assumed that there was a lack of some sort of consent, knowledge that the videos were being used on a site, simply because he stated in his op that he had been requested by chicas to remove the videos from the internet. If they knew that was the purpose of the videos, it is strange that when they found out, they reacted that way. But then again as has been documented often some chicas do some strange things.

But in all fairness he hasn't since commented since the site has been listed, so maybe he is talking about a different set of videos, although that seems unlikely.

this is what i think happens, the chicas make these videos knowing they are being filmed but do not understand the span and power of the internet, look at the Habib joints, I see the chica everyday when i was in Sosua and she would just kind of put her head down bc she knew i knew about the video.
