If this is the video AlexDr made, I would have to disagree with you on some points. It is clear in the video that the girl knew she was being recorded. From there, it is up to her to get proper compensation for her work. Now if the chica did not know she was being recorded and it ended up all over the internet, this would be a different story.

Now for AlexDr, if a chicas family got a hold of this video, who knows what she might have told her brother, father, or chulo. And it was my understanding that making a porno is illegal in DR, regardless of a signed consent. (Can some of our DR legal experts chime in on this.)

Sounds to me like another case of females not fully understanding the consequences of their actions. Women being recorded having sex by guys (with their initial consent) only to regret that action later is not exclusive to DR. You hear about women who have done porn movies in the states struggling to find employment or being fired when their videos surfaced all the time. I honestly don't buy into the notion that these women didn't think these videos would be on the internet or on a DVD. There were separate camera men filming. The legal and shakedown problems would cause me to stay away not really the chica. unless you got a work visa i would think any filming you done would be illegal regardless of consent forms, and contracts. i dont know if they are savvy enough to go this route but its there.

A US lawyer, the US State Department, the US Embassy in Santo Domingo and the US Consulate Office in Puerto Plata then...............the Local Fiscal in Sosua. If you are arrested in that country for something like this, there is not a goddamn thing they can or will do to get you out of jail. Sex tourist are on the bottom of the list.

They will attack on a Friday afternoon after the Consulates office is closed and you have to sit in jail for 3 nights and get sweated to pay up in order to get released. The price is going to be high because now there are so many people to pay off for your release. (Lawyer, jailer, cops and the chica)

Once you are arrested and in that system (and if you in fact committed the crime) maybe having some serious money and then having someone with access to it might, say again............. might get you out of hot water.
