Like you said there was some kind of altercation between 2 guys. One guy threw something and then he got knocked down on the sidewalk. The hedge was blocking the view, but next thing you know there are 4 shots fired off in the air by one of the national police and everyone is scrambling for cover. I just stood there feeling like Robert Duvall in the scene on the beach in Apocalypse Now. IMPERVIOUS !!! The guy who got knocked down was trying to get back on his moto-concho along with a tiny girl and her mother. The crowd around them was trying to grab the little girl away from him and he just kept trying to grab her and take off. I'm assuming he was drunk and the people didn't want him riding off with the child. The Politur and an unmarked car finally showed up and the moto-concho was knocked on it's side. The guy was wrestled into the unmarked car and off they went.I was talking with Choirboy and another monger on front row of Bar Central, next to Merengue. A hedged blocked our view from a moto-concho altercation, Much loud talk ensued. Then, the loco Natl Police started firing! I ran to the restroom at the rear of the bar for my safety. Results, causes, I don't know? But I do know these Policia morons, should not be armed!

A huge change on P.C. anoche. By 11pm, Rumba was deserted, while D'Latin had a crowd. Were they offering chica incentives? I walked through it. Very dark at the far end. I could hardly see the faces of the chicas. All chicas were seated. A waitress hassled me as I walked the length of the place. Music was very loud. And be careful while walking. Many un-marked drop-offs. Rumored that drink prices are very high? Adios for me!
