Yeah, Depending on how you are looking at Winner's Circle, it is either beside it, or behind it.

I walked by it today. It is no longer Moulin Rouge. It was closed (early in the day) so I did not go in.
I will try and stop there tonight, see how it is. When it was Moulin Rouge I found it was too hot to stay in there. Maybe now with cooler temps things have changed.
