Yeah def what TNT said but just off the strength I would suggest neither and fool with Sosua. You could also fly into PP and drive to sosua which is not far away. I think SD is a tad too tourisy but in Sosua you will def have a ball for cheap.

Checking in here. I was born in Colombia but have been living in the US for the past 8 years. Havent been able to go back but looking to do so this summer.
