Just land costs about $500 per acre. 100 acres x $500 = $50,000 You don't need to be super rich to buy it. And
btw no one will just buy land to sit on it. Most land is bought by corporations or limited partnerships for some sort of development.
Wealthy arabs? Gimme a break. They are wealthy because they don't 'invest' in Dom Rep.
However if that guy supplies you with copies of titles and you post them, them I am going to change my opinion and admit that I was wrong.
i have to disagree bc i know 2 guys who own a lot of land plus condos around Sosua and they are just sitting on the land. One of them rents out approximately 16 properties thru NorthBeach Management alone. I thought he was lying but when i had a problem with one of his properties in Las Teresas, I contacted him and they fixed the problem quickly and gave me a discount...
