you can get an apt/condo on homeaway or airbnb instead of a hotel, chicas shouldn't be a problem, your business won't be out on display for everyone to see, and apts/condos are usually cheaper anyway (and in a lot of cases - nicer too).

You will want to stay in the Bavaro area. On the map you will see Friusa, that is where the center of Bavaro is (Texaco station). From the Texaco heading to the beach side there is the MT Hotel on your left in Plaza Brisas. Best non AI in the area. Will run you about $70 a night online, but $55 a night if you call ahead and book, or tell them you live in the DR. The breakfast included can not be beaten anywhere, and ask for ground or first floor for best wifi and rooms. This hotel is located in the back of a plaza with a great pool/ bar, as well as you will find many restaurants and a supermarket next door

The second hotel I would recommend is Hotel Flamboyan, which if you follow the same road toward the beach, then take a left you will see it on the map next to Bavaro Princess. This hotel is the best economy style hotel, but very safe and as with the MT is chica friendly. I would call them to reserve, ask for Grey the hotel asst manager and ask her for the local rate. Approx $40 with not so good breakfast, and ask to see the room first to see if Wifi, TV and aircon are operating

Now looking at the map, directly in the middle of these two hotels you will find the popular street corner, Steve's Bar. Here you can ask for Brian the owner and he will more then help you with anything else you may need in the area. His bar is always filled with chicas and the only thing I can say about pricing there, never pay what they are asking for. It's a local expat sports bar, so the guys in there don't negotiate, they tell the chicas what they have, and that's it. Also on the street between the two hotels you will find several drink locations (liquor store which has outdoor seating, music/dancing)that are full of locals wanting to accommodate. If your Spanish is good, then there is a car wash across the street from the Texaco which on most nights you can pull some chicas at tourist pricing in Sosua (rd1,500, us$35). But at any of these location, as well as on the street most of these girls will try to start out at US$100 with the tourist. But unless you can convince them that you know what is happening in the area, then try starting them at a $40 note and let the negotiations begin. Now there's several discos you can try, Mangu and Imagine. But as far as mongering in these two places go, good luck because unlike Classicos in Sosua, the guys out number the chicas. However if you find a chica you want to party with, then these are the two best discos that I've been told. I haven't mentioned anything about the strip clubs that are located in PC/Bavaro because I've never needed to enter one of them, along with emptying my wallet
