As per the Trip Reports and your recommendation..:
I got the WhatsApp and did some research about cab rides. After contacting them, looks like for 5,500 DP they will take us to Boca.
I messaged and looked on FB for phone numbers of 4 different cab companies at or near Santiago or so and looks like it was close to the right amount ranging from 5500-6000 DP..
So I have several cab companies for this 3am departure and as complete failure/ backup I found Metro will go from Santiago to Santo Domingo for like 10 bucks leaving at 05:45 am. So I feel comfortable about getting to Boca Now.
Final Question:
I see everyone talk about Happy Hour in the Forum?? Are they just referring to cheap drinks time period or is it something else I am missing?

Allows you access to cash pretty much anytime as long as you can find an atm
You likely can exchange some money at the airport even at that hour but the rate will not be the best there

It makes zero sense to fly into santiago and go to Boca....why would you do that?? Go to Sosua or stay in Santiago and then Sousua....

lol..I will be there in Boca...but I fly into SDQ and split my trip between boca and sosua...5 and 5 days...
If you are crazy enough to come I will be around....But I still say Sosua is where you want to be. Beach is better and 10-20 times amount of girls....
But Boca has its charm in gritty dirty way with lot of kooks walking around

I would agree with Hunter. He has much experience with traveling but if you wing for him you might have to take on a fluffy girl.
If your set on Boca than fly into Santo Domingo as it will be easier.
Are you committed to flying into Santiago already meaning you have already bought your tickets?
Sosua is probably a little better for a first time traveler.
Don't pay much attention to the noise about Sosua not being what it was. Sosua will still be way more than what your friend has ever experienced
Your timing of the trip being Thursday through Tuesday is suited well for Sosua as Friday and Saturday will be the busiest but there will still be plenty of girls around regardless just more on the weekend this time of year

Yeah that makes a bunch of sense! We had to book those tickets for the time constraints we were under.
I realized that it was a bit far from Boca but was originally planning on Sousa at the beginning..Jimmy kind of led be in the other direction of Boca..
So if Sousa is your recommendation..What hotel would be the best option?
