I read rumbas was open for super bowl...now it is closed....strange...The mayor is confused...
Yep Rhumba was able to open up for One Day on Super Bowl Sunday and has since been closed. Kings Rumba in the old Mora Mia location was open however it was packed with older expats and looked more like a Bingo Hall vs a super bowl party. Flip Flop was jumping

Since I've came3 back from BC, I'm hearing the chica hotels are still sold out--it took a day extra to get rid of my amiga, so I actually checked a few and many are still sold out. However, many gringos have left town.
Was in Ahnvee a short while last night and looked about 60-40% chicas to gingos from my limited view. Subtract gringos that can't/don't fuck much, gringos with chicas in tow, and guys like me that just go there and collect random numbers without takeout it's probably less in favor for the chicas.
Open 4pm-7pm
Better hurry and get there before they close again.
The comedy of Sosua certainly keeps things interesting and gives us something to talk about
I am the pussy licker Let's have some fun. Not invisible. Snitches are pathetic little people!

I am enjoying it.
El Flow/Plaaniaum - My landlord's family owned this spot or owned a piece of it. Anyway, the landlord's step father was out in front selling off equipment and furninshings the other day. It appears that they will not re-open as the place we knew, but will have new tenants and/or a new business of some sort next.
Some of my first and probably best memories of Sosua were at El Flow
The place was loud and could get pretty wild in there some nights.
One of my earlier trips they brought in strippers from either Santiago or Santo Domingo and they put on quite a show in the back part of what subsequently became the disco. it was a fun night
Also got one of my first lessons on just how possessive the Haitian chicas can get in that bar.
Who knows what the future brings for Sosua but sure did have some fun times there.
It's sad that many will have no idea what places like Passions were like
I still remember vividly my first trip and the first time I came down Dr Rosen at night and turned the corner onto Pedro Clisante. OMG what a sight. Something I likely will never see again
My first trip it was pretty much like it is now, but practically devoid of American mongers. Our group was basically it. The first night I didn’t get laid. Hung out at the old Flamingo(?) strip club. Got juiced and crashed. Second night had the hots for one chick in High Caribe and ended up with another. Didn’t know she was gorgeous until the next morning. Wifed her her up the next six nights. She was the bartender in the Internet cafe and actually spoke decent English. Those were the days of innocence. Lots and lots of good memories.
Sometimes you read stuff one can't just make up,
A present responsible for garbage collection in Sosua is its former mayor. Does it mean that the present one will follow his steps?
An art exhibition is about to open in Sosua featuring the works of Armando, Clasico's owner.
btw, just came back from a great Colombian trip!
