But don't you still have to quarantine for three nights in a government-authorized hotel when you return to Canada? Or is that just for foreigners?

Doctors have recommended to drop this three nights incarceration, because it's medically useless, unfair, etc.

Our Fearless Leader was mumbling yesterday something about it incoherently. In my view it's all a part of brain washing and government control.

The measures will be lifted eventually, maybe later in July, maybe first for Canadian residents.

I want the emergency to be cancelled and all this nonsense stopped in one action, so we can forget about this nightmare.

They can't agree on the simplest things like recognizing different vaccines, fucking masks for vaccinated etc

everyone FLYING into canada is supposed to quarantine for 3 nights in a hotel and then 11 days self quarantine but the list of exceptions is huge

essential workers/ gment dicks/ sports teams and a page full of others ...................

but if you drive across you are exempt for the hotel and then also excemt if you fall into there list of essential

( thats what i do as its only a 3 hour drive and i am essential )
you only live once, but if you live it right once is enough

I don’t think they can legally impose the current restrictions without having in place a SOE. The current one expires on the 26th. Here’s a write up on the current state of covid in the country. With all the US visitors I’m surprised that they’ve not detected any Delta infections yet. That being the case things could go bad as quickly there as it has everywhere else.

They don't have to impose a curfew (to fight a malady anyway)

I won't make a trip there with the curfew on. That's what matters to many.

They promised to lift the curfew when 70% of the population of the province gets the 2nd jab, - but they don't publish the data on it in bulletins.
