I checked their website, and Paradise Ladies For You is not the kind of experience we're about.
The closest I've had to that experience is staying at Blackbeard's Adult Resort in Costambar. It is not a girl-included sex resort, but girls are there and they are "on the menu." (The resort is strictly hands-off about any business-of-pleasure dealings between the guests and the "shipmates," to avoid "procurer" status and the laws against it.) The resort isn't closed to the public, and it has a good restaurant, two bars, and a swimming pool that's adorned during the day with pretty chicas in skimpy swimwear. The rooms go for $100/night, or so; I don't know the current "going rate" for short-time (1 pop) and TLN ("todo la noche," with 2 pops) dalliances. IIRC, back before COVID, it was something like 2500 pesos short-time, 5000 pesos for TLN.

As I see it, using paradiseladiesforyou to get a girl there would be the equivalent of going to Las Vegas but having someone arrange to set you up with a slot machine or table game for you to play on in your hotel room but you have to pay quadruple for each pull of the handle or roll of the dice.

FWIW, their FB page has not had any activity since 2019.
Stay away from any package places like paradiseladiesforyou or DrNights or any of the other ones that offer you a girl a day and room in a resort included unless you enjoy wadding up 100 dollar bills and burning them.
