Why not just call and make a reservation? Do a search and you'll find a couple numbers.

    Riazor Hotel

    Hey guys

I stayed one night at the Riazor Hotel.

This is a hotel I recommend for those who plan to visit Santo Domingo for the first time.

It is located on Independencia Ave. (right behind the rear entrance of the Jaragua Hotel/Casino).

It is 58 USD (26% tax and breakfast are included). I forgot how much I paid in pesos. I think I paid 2,000 pesos.

Old thread of the Riazor Hotel (October 2007)

Picture of the lobby with free internet usage

Entrance of the hotel. As you can see, parking can be a bit of a hassle

    Info. of the hotel

    Pictures of the room

The water pressure was nice. But it was a bit hot because the A/C was very weak. I guess I got spoiled by staying at the Hilton, Mariott, and Jaragua

    Riazor Hotel

Manolo Cafeteria which is located right next to the Riazor Hotel. This is a nice restaurant where you can see many chicas walking by (especially at night)

Breakfast at Manolo Cafeteria was just okay. Breakfast at Rocky's in Sosua is much better

Right across the street from the Riazor Hotel is a bus stop. After midnight, many chicas who work at Lapsus, Tabu, and the Girl's House come here and look for clients.

At 11pm and 7am, many of the bartenders and casino dealers from the Jaragua casino come here to take the bus

    Question Re: Riazor Hotel

Hey guys, someone may have already posted this information in the past, but are they (Hotel Riazor) chicas friendly? Don't want any hassles from the front desk. I'm heading down around the first of the year, by then I'll need a stress-free vacation!

    Thanks, Dewon642

Yes, Chica friendly. The front desk makes a photocopy of her
id. No problem. Stay away from the balcony rooms, too noisy.
The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the Girls house and Jaragua casino.
