    Casa Valerria & Casa Cayena

    Casa Valerria http://www.casavaleria.tk/
    Casa Cayena http://www.hotelcasacayena.com/

Anyone know if either are chica friendly. I sent email to both places asking if guests were permitted. Right now I am waiting for a reply, Dominican style.

Casa Valeria is located across the street from Rockys about 50 meters north. From the outside it appears to be a nice small clean hotel. It is in a good location if you like to hit the clubs at night.

Casa Cayena is located about 100 meters south (coming closer to town) of the Waterfront. From the outside it gives the impression it is a well run establishment. The room prices aren't cheap, but they throw in a free breakfast.

If, and when I get a reply I will post the response.

Why do hotel reservations and information move so slow in the DR.

Let's make a list of chica friendly hotels in Sosua. The criteria will be they must be a safe walking distance to Classico, Club X area.

    Europa
    Club Residencial
    Rockys
Palace (never stayed there, but I am not too sure about that dark street)
Waterfront (some would put this in the group with the Palace)

    Any more???????

Calypso, new one on me. Where is it?

Romanoff, I read that place was run down. Don't know if it is true or not.

the otherside of the europa...can't think of the name,,,,,,do you mean Europa's Guest House

voramar........had reservations there on my last trip.......it is out in the moon docks,,,,,,,,so I made a last minute switch to the Waterfront, sure glad I did

Don Andreas, I didn't know it was chica friendly. It looks like a nice place.

Now I think I know which one you are talking about. As you face Europa it is to the right. I think it is an Apart Hotel.

Maybe not as good as the Europa. I gotta laugh. I have been called picky, and it is probably true. I ain't high strung, I just like a nice place to lay my head. I would set the Europa as my bare minimum standard. Just me, I go for the putas but also consider it a vacation.

I know I read your past posts. I think you will have to put your brown socks on and stay somewhere else. It looked ok for me thou. The room I saw was on the 4th floor with a nice balcony.

the romanoff is similar to the europa for the rooms...perhaps a bit more basic. it's accross from eddy's sports bar...more or less down the street from super super, past judy's
