As for an ISOC discount I doubt it since I doubt anyone on this board would ever go there, besides you could buy my plane ticket cheaper and I will introduce you to the owners of the discos, carwashes, night clubs (whorehouses), and restaurants in Santiago and get you VIP treatment.
