This is something I've never done but would like to. Are there any places in Sosua you can go skinny dipping in Sosua? Would you have to rent a villa with a pool? I often fantasize about being with chicas in pools and saunas; also sex on the beach, but I can't imagine there are any deserted beaches near Sosua; willing to travel elsewhere for that.
