    Casa Marina or Paradise Beach???????

My boss wants to go on vacation with his wife and is debating between staying at these two resorts. As my experiences as well as my close friend BrooklynBeas's experiences are only in respect to mongering, can anyone please shed some light on these two resorts? I appreciate any info. Thanks.

Sounds like a good idea! However, the babysitter rate in the US isnt the same. In DR I can pay 50 pesos a day to babysit, and that might include a BBBJ as well!! HAHA!!

My nanny/maid gets 3,000 a month in DR. Includes cooking, cleaning and watching the kids.

So is there anything wrong with Paradise Beach or the other one is just better? I am checking in there next Friday so I was curious.

A good nanny is hard to find so get lost. I had people over 5 times and she served us dinner. Besides the new one is 35 years old.

She seemed nice, even though I didn't really chat with her and the coffee was good.

Liberty travel has a special this week (until the 13th) for these two places. I spoke briefly with an agent and it would cost about $700 fo 6 nights (single guy rate) and this includes air from EWR, hotel and food & drinks. JFK would cost about $50 more.
