He closed, but Iheard someone lese is running it now, or it reopened by someone else, and I do not believe it was resold.

Last time I was there, it was in desperate need of a "once over", paint, cleaning, everything. Some guys live and die by this place, I stayed there once and said I'd never stay again.

What about monthly maintenance fees? Pending maintenance issues? Does the A/C work, how about the condition of backup generator? Inquiring minds want to know. 34k may be cheap on the front end, but be like cramming a pine cone up your butt later!

Bingo!

Of course, if you buy one, you can expect to add some paint, maybe a new A/C, install an inverter, and beef up the security. Those are givens. What do you want for that price?

But, I'd be wary of the maintenance fees, and mostly, getting a deed with my name on it. That's the biggest fear I'd have.
