Walk out of NG and make a right. Go to the corner and make a left, stay on the left hand sidewalk. Follow that sidewalk. It will curve to the left and just before you get to the first cross street/intersection, the exchange is on the left. 3rd business in from the corner. The corner is the Happy Bar.
Alternatively, make the same right and then left turn from NG and get on the right hand sidewalk. Follow it past Bailey's restaurant and the Banco Popular. You'll see a plaza with an Orange Store. Go into the plaza past the Orange store and on the far side of the plaza, you'll see a blue door without markings. The exchange is thru that door and down a short hallway.
